How The Ladder works
- Pick a spotEach category has a small number of Sponsored positions — pricing isn't published yet. Position one appears first.
- Hold it monthlyA position is a monthly commitment. While you hold it, your business appears at the top of that category, clearly marked as Sponsored.
- Eligible businesses can climbEach category sets its own eligibility rules. An eligible business can take a spot by committing more, and you keep a guaranteed minimum time in a position before that can happen.
- Unused placement value becomes Ladder CreditIf you're moved down or off a position, qualifying unused placement value becomes Ladder Credit toward future Ladder charges. It isn't a cash refund.
Sponsored placement never changes normal results. Search, categories and the Card Shops map are ranked on their own merits and are not for sale. Sponsored spots sit in their own labeled area. List or claim your business to take part later.

Local card shop results are never for sale
Paying cannot move a card shop higher in organic local results or on the Card Shop map. If we ever offer optional profile or visibility products for shops, they will never alter that organic ordering.
